Personal Protection

A personal head of security for you and your wealth.

For your home and your travels you have experienced people at your side; for your digital life, usually no one. We take on that role, for private individuals as for family offices, and protect money, information and reputation.

In short

A single, trusted person for your digital security.

Your bank secures the account, your IT provider the devices, your family office the processes. Each looks after one piece, no one after the whole, and when it matters there is no clear first number to call.

Digital Shield closes that gap. We are the one person who keeps the overview, coordinates your existing providers and makes sure that money, information and your name stay protected. We sell no technology; we advise and oversee.

  • A clear picture of your situation today, without jargon.
  • Concrete protection where real money is moved.
  • One fixed number for the moment it matters, all year round.
The real risk

The biggest losses happen in the payment approval, not at the device.

A hacked laptop is rarely how wealthy private individuals and family offices lose money. The damage happens where money moves: a forged payment instruction, a call with the cloned voice of the principal, a manipulated email to the family office. Such attacks target trust and time pressure.

We start where it counts: clear approval processes, call-back procedures with the bank, code words against deepfake calls. Technology is the foundation, not the purpose.

Family offices are hit often, and almost always through the same door. 43 percent had a cyberattack in the past two years, and in 93 percent of cases it began with a phishing email. The most expensive outcome is the forged payment: in 2024 alone the FBI reported USD 2.77 billion in losses from business email fraud.

The good news: those who react quickly recover a great deal. In cases reported fast, the funds could be frozen in two of three instances.

Three sides

The risk has three sides, not just one.

With large wealth it is rarely only about money. Attacks target three things at once. We look at all three, because they are connected.

Card 01

Financial fraud

The most common and most expensive case: forged payment instructions, the cloned voice of the principal, manipulated invoices, attacks on access to wallets and accounts.

Protection: clear approval processes and call-back procedures.
Card 02

Data and information leakage

Confidential documents, email and cloud accounts, staff devices. Alongside them the publicly findable traces: wealth, real estate, holdings, family structure, whereabouts.

Protection: reduce the attack surface, order access, remove traces.
Card 03

Identity and impersonation

Takeover of email, social media or bank accounts, fake profiles and deepfakes that deceive in the name of the principal. Your relatives and your circle are just as exposed.

Protection: strong account security, monitoring, a rehearsed emergency plan.
How we work

Three steps, each valuable on its own.

01

Digital Situation Report

First we create clarity. A confidential dossier shows what an attacker can find out and exploit about you today: public traces, leaked credentials, the attack surface for deepfake and fraud calls. You receive a clear assessment without jargon and a personal conversation.

02

Private Security Assessment

Then we secure what counts, with a clear focus on the most expensive case: the forged payment. We set up resilient approval and call-back processes and go through your digital life, from identities and devices to networks, staff, travel and relatives. You receive a prioritised action plan and an emergency handbook.

03

Personal Digital Protection Specialist

After that we stay at your side for the long term, as your personal head of security. We coordinate ongoing monitoring with specialised services, keep an eye on your existing IT providers, train once a year and are your first number when it matters, with a rehearsed emergency plan.

Who we work for

Who is responsible for digital security in your world today?

Most of the time the honest answer is: no one in particular. 83 percent of family offices name a cyberattack as their biggest operational risk, yet roughly a third have no emergency plan. This is exactly the role we take on, whether you lead a family, run a family office or advise one.
